The Palm Village Hotel is a small comfortable 3-star hotel set in beautifully landscaped gardens, shaded by groves of palm trees. The hotel has a swimming pool with a children’s pool and a health centre offering traditional health and massage treatments.

Our opinion is that this a bargain way of seeing Sri Lanka, especially as it is All Inclusive. For nature lovers the elephant orphanage is an excellent day trip. You may also want to explore the tea plantations and factories which produce one of Sri Lanka’s most popular exports which are perfect to drink whilst relax after seeing all that Uswetakeiyawa has to offer.
