The hotel does have a choice of five restaurants although during certain periods the hotel may, at its discretion, close one or two of them to maximise demand and to maintain a warm and inviting dining atmosphere.

L’Abondance – is Sainte Anne’s main restaurant serving traditional buffet-style Creole specialities and international dishes. Shaded by palm trees, the restaurant overlooks the beach across the magnificent swimming pool.

Le Mont Fleuri - Le Mont Fleuri offers a more intimate dining experience and presents deliciously inspired table d'hote and la carte Italian menus. Le Mont Fleuri is said to serve some of the finest cuisine in the Seychelles. Your meal is lovingly accompanied by gorgeous views of the ocean.

L'Oceane is Sainte Anne’s beach restaurant where you will get to enjoy dining with your feet in the sand. It is located next to L'Abondance and serves fresh fish and seafood with a Creole influence.

Le Robinson is an intimate 20-seat restaurant located underneath Le Mont Fleuri and opens for dinner on reservation. It is lined with granite rocks and trees where you are able to enjoy dining on the beach. The restaurant offers a nightly menu with an eclectic mix of cuisines.

Takamaka Beach Bar - This intimate bar and restaurant accommodates up to 25 guests. The bar serves drinks from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the restaurant serves lunches from noon to 4 p.m. on a daily basis. Only open between October & April.
The menu is in keeping with the location’s simple charms with fresh salads, sandwiches and paninis being served with Creole-style fried bananas, breadfruit or sweet potatoes on the side.

Le Sans-Souci Bar - This is main bar within the resort serving drinks until midnight and afternoon snacks.

Sainte Anne Resort & Spa offers many land and water sports as part of your half board package. Ideal if you love an active holiday.

Beaches – You have a choice of 3 fantastic beaches. In different seasons a beach may be effected by seaweed due to varying trade winds in the Seychelles.

Land Sports – Sainte Anne offers two floodlit artificial grass courts, tennis raquets are free to hire although you will have to purchase tennis balls. Alternatively you can going one of the trekking trips, hire a bike or have a game of volleyball or bocciball on the beach.

Water Sports - Gentle, inviting waters make the Seychelles a perfect destination for water activities many of which are free to guests and these include glass bottom boat trips, organised daily snorkelling trips, pedaloes, kayaking and lasers. It is worth noting that water sports are subject to weather conditions as the hotel management is concerned about health and safety during periods of high winds and strong currents.

Deep Sea Fishing - In season Seychelles offers superb deep sea fishing and guests have access to fishing charters based in Mahe who will collect you from Sainte Anne itself. The charters offer half and full day trips on fully equipped specialist fishing boats (including quality tackle and bait).

Diving - Sainte Anne has an on-site CMAS affiliated Dive Centre. Open daily with up to three dives a day (except Sunday) and night dives are available on request.

Health and Fitness - There is a cardio gymnasium and a new Yoga room which will have regular yoga sessions throughout your stay. Please note you will also be able to access free Wi-Fi from the sports centre.
