Cousine Island, with an area of only 25 hectares, is one of the smaller of the granitic islands, and is situated approximately six kilometres off the west coast of Praslin, Seychelles second largest island.

Accommodation

Only a maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated at any one time in 4 luxurious air-conditioned villas built in the old French colonial style. The villas fund the conservation project on the island ensuring that the island will remain a conservation destination for future years. By staying on Cousine, guests positively contribute to its future and the future of its inhabitants. The villas offer the highest degree of comfort with spacious bedrooms, separate lounge, large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower inside and outside, front and rear patios.
The 4 villas are fully air-conditioned, and each one has a total floor of 175 square meters.

This is the main purpose of the island, ad the four villas help the island owners to sustain the variety of endemic flora, fauna, birds and animals. The dining room, bar, lounge and air-conditioned library are found in the "Pavilion" which overlooks a large fresh water swimming pool.
